Before each diet begins, I will take my measurements (chest, waist, hips, right thigh and right bicep), weight and a picture of myself. I’ll post all of that information once the month/that diet is completed, with my “after” results. I may wait to post the before and after picture at the end of the 6 months.
- I will take pictures of as many meals and meal preps as I can.
- I will either post a screen shot of my Fitbit activity or let you know if I haven’t worked out that day, so you can get a full picture of exercise in correlation with diet
- I will be honest with my mental and physical state during each diet. I’m not endorsed by any of these diet programs.
- I will include the total amount I spent on groceries for the month
