Here goes nothin!
Weighed myself first thing this morning, took my measurements and of course, a before picture. While this isn’t so much about the scale as it is feeling good – it’ll definitely be nice to see some changes. 💪
I did some meal prep on Sunday to make things a bit easier this week as I get into the swing of things. 😊
Thanks to a couple of fantastic recipes I found through a “21 Day Fix meal prep” search on Pinterest, it took me about 45 minutes to get ahead of the game.

which turned into this scrumptious-ness.
In each Tupperware there is:
1 💛 container steamed brown rice
1 💛 container black beans (drained)
1 💚 container roasted onions & bell peppers (sliced)
1 ❤️ container chicken (cut into cubes)
2 tsp. Olive oil
