It’s very interesting to me that I had “a lot” (according to 21 Day Fix) carbs last night and I woke up craving carbs.
Eggs didn’t sound good to me. Pancakes did. So did French toast… Graham crackers… Anything carby!
But I resisted, had a clementine and went out to Starbucks with Matt for our Sunday morning coffee 😊 and I got carbs! But the “good” ones (pancakes are better).
Oatmeal with a banana and some blueberries mixed in. I added some cinnamon and stevia as well and it was 😍
And my carb craving was gone.
We stopped by Wegmans (naturally) on our way home to grab stuff for dinner. AND to grab stuff to make and decorate sugar cookies tomorrow. I have this very odd interest in decorating cookies all of the sudden.
Yup, I’m weird and yup, they’ll probably look horrible, but I’ll have fun doing it (I think)!
I came home and had a little snack. Then I felt like a total idiot taking a picture of it. But you guys NEED TO SEE IT.
Celery and blue cheese yogurt dressing.
Dinner tonight was Spaghetti Squash with ground beef and sauce!
Since Matt and I don’t have cable, we’ve had plans to watch the Grammy’s at his parents’ house tonight. So, I made dinner at their house.
It was full of flavor! And filling. Spaghetti squash must be super fibrous.
I had a good sized bowl for:
2💚 1.5❤️ 0.5💙
And a piece of rye bread for 1💛
Tomorrow is my LAST DAY of this diet, then I’m on to Weight Watchers. I’m looking forward to having a bit more freedom, but I’m a little nervous I’ll see my heartburn come back. We shall see!
Back to watching the Grammy’s, although they’re a hair boring so far. 🤷🏻♀️
