I woke up not even knowing what to get my hands on first!
I went for a cookie and felt instantly guilty, so I changed my mind and grabbed a banana.
I went and got my hair done today 💁🏻♀️ I feel like a new woman! No more grays (yes, I’m 27 haha) and got a new cut. 😊
After my hair appointment, I stopped by my sister’s house to see her and my adorable niece. She’s at such a fun age right now.
Look. At. That. Face. Ugh I could eat them cheekies!!
She doesn’t even know she’s gonna have a baby brother on Friday! Eeeeek! 👶🏻
At my sisters, I had a PIECE OF PIZZA and a diet soda. I was so excited I could hardly stand it (as I anxiously take a picture of it as quickly as possible so I could gobble it up).
I only needed one (I wanted more of course), but one slice did the trick. And for a whopping 10 points out of my allowed 23! It was worth it.
I felt fine after I ate it, which is shocking for someone with IBS and acid reflux. It just goes to show, you can have anything in moderation… it won’t ruin you or your progress.
Matt and I had our regular Tuesday night gig tonight. I had a glass of wine 🍷 (about 6 oz. for 6 points). Again, it’s all I really wanted- no more.
Now here’s the weirdest thing I noticed. I came home from the gig (a little bit ago) and made myself buffalo chicken on low carb wraps.
Chicken breast, plain Greek yogurt and hot sauce are all “zero points” on the new Weight Watchers program. So I only had to track the crumbly blue cheese and the wraps. I made 2, I was full after only 1! I couldn’t eat anymore.
Here’s a little more info on the “free foods” and why they started doing this at Weight Watchers.
So I guess it’s kind of true. The “zero points” foods are less likely to be over eaten… example: buffalo chicken wraps.
Here is my day on my WW app.
The wine got cut off at the bottom, but I put it as a “snack” for 6 points. I used exactly my allotment for today.
I feel good! Not deprived and not hungry! Just right. 😊
Good night, folks! Until tomorrow! ♥️
