I’m Starting to Lose Track of Days, But it’s Day 7 [Weight Watchers]

Seriously though!

Today was a better day than the past couple of days. Probably for a couple of reasons-

  1. I had a work out
  2. I ate within my points
  3. I went to Target

All is well today. I’m making up with Weight Watchers.


I started my day with a low carb turkey wrap with a piece of pepper jack cheese & mustard. Love wraps!

This was 6 points.

Then I went to grab a quick coffee with my main squeeze, Matt.

Yes, main squeeze.

Before I knew it, it was time to head to my trainer’s house for our session.

Today was hard! Someone bought her those giant ropes for Christmas. I’ll be sure to thank them never. My shoulders! 😩😩😩

The Weight Watchers app took my Fitbit information, and calculated it into how many “points” I worked up. You can swap these for food if you choose.


After my workout, I met my mom at the Target by my parents’ house. I had one mission… to buy that Glazed Lemon Loaf tea by Tazo I mentioned during my 21 Day Fix.

They were completely out of stock. So sad.

So I bought Oreo O’s instead!

Did anyone know these were back?! 😍


By the time I finished mozying around Target, I was so hungry.

Zucchini noodles here I come!

YUUUUMMM.

I love this meal.

It was only 8 points (including the olive oil).


I had exactly 5 points left of my daily allowance, so what did I have?

A serving of Oreo O’s. They were good. Not as good as I remembered from when I was 12, but still good. 🙌

And that, my friends, was my day.
