I think I need to start differentiating my blog posts more than just with numbered days… so there we go!
I didn’t want to get out of bed today! It’s 20 degrees and our tempurpedic felt extra cozy. So, since we had to work tonight, we decided to lay in bed and watch a movie until we absolutely had to get up.
I only got up to get food. 💁🏻♀️ and pee.
I made some chicken quesadillas with leftover chicken and low carb wheat wraps.
Simple and delish!

We watched “Goodfellas”. Super good choice when eating salsa 🙄
Seriously amazing movie though. I can’t believe it took me this long to watch it!
When I finally got my lazy, cold ass out of bed and got decent, we left a bit early before our gig to grab coffee from the best coffee shop, Glen Edith. They have the tastiest pour overs.
We played our usual Tuesday night gig at the hotel and that quesadilla did NOT hold me over. I was so hungry I felt sick!
We stopped at Wegmans (grocery store heaven) and got some sushi to share and soups to warm the soul. They have this awesome cafe area open all night with microwaves, cozy booths and anything you could ever need to enjoy your meal.
Tasty! That vegetarian chili was freakin SPICY. Matt said my eyes were watering. I couldn’t understand what was so spicy about it until I looked at the ingredients. Delicious jalapeños!
We had a few pieces of whole wheat baguette as well. Here is my running total for the day. Only going 4 points over my daily allowance, which is fine since my 42 “weeklies” reset today. 🤗
And now for discount Tuesday at our movie theater. $5 tickets! That’s the way to do it.
