I Had a Dream I Drank Wine – Day 7 [WHOLE30]

And it was amazing.

I can’t decide which I miss more, cheese or wine.

“Don’t think about what you can’t have, focus on what you can have.”Mmmm… eggs. 😐

I will say though, I’m pretty sure my body doesn’t miss those things.

I feel thinner and my heartburn is pretty much gone (although I’m starting to find my real triggers like sugars from fruit, garlic and sparkling water).

I feel happier, more energetic and proud that I’m 7 days in and stuck with it.

I ran out of the house today with a Key Lime Pie Larabar and bottled water in hand. I met my mom at an interior design store, as she’s redoing her kitchen and I’m so intrigued by that stuff.

So intrigued, in fact, that I play a game called “Design Home” to relax at night 🀫 its so fun though guys!

After that, I headed back home have lunch and to do some music work with Matt.

This means lots of emails as well as a very long “Skype” production session. Our producer, who we just love, is located in LA, but the coolest part of this day in age is that we can work with anyone from anywhere in the world.

Thanks, technology! πŸ€—

For lunch, I made a hearty favorite of zucchini noodles, ground beef and spiced up tomato sauce. It’s not much to look at, but it tasted amazing. It really hit the spot.

We spent a lot of the evening doing that… which would technically be our “work day” and had little breaks to fold laundry, have a snack, and pee.

But at least I was in sweatpants πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

For a snack, Matt and I shared apples with heaping amounts of almond butter while enjoying our coffees. 😍Again, not the prettiest thing, but so yum! That’s all that matters, right?

When dinner came around, we went with something super simple and easy- chicken and some veggies. I roasted some broccoli and onions. YUM!

Tomorrow’s going to be my first time ordering at a restaurant, so I’m hoping I’m successful. Today was my mom’s birthday, so her, my sister and I are going to the spa then lunch. 😊 and I can’t wait!

Good night, guys! Hope you all are having a fabulous week!
