A whole 15 days down!
It just feels like this is the way I live life now! Paleo!
I can’t say I miss much about my diet before… except the wine. Still missin that wine.
Today was a productive day!
Woke up, ran to the store quick to grab a few essentials, grabbed a coffee from Tim Hortons and headed home to do a Skype session with our producer in Los Angeles.
As soon as I got home from the quick errands, I made some lunch.
Guys, I’m telling you… even if you aren’t paleo, try this meal!
Lettuce leaf, organic turkey breast, tomato and pan fried prosciutto! Topped with Primal Kitchen’s WHOLE30 approved Ranch. My version of a “BLT”!
It is amazing. And really hits the spot!
We worked for a couple hours on Skype, then had a call with a manager shortly after.
After we were done with our work for the day, I grabbed a Larabar and decided to join my mom on her errands to Wegmans and Target… my 2 favorite places 🤐.
Once I got home, it was well past dinner time, so I made something quick and easy.
Zucchini noodles with ground beef and homemade pasta sauce. 😍 it always tastes so good… no matter how often we have it!
It’ll definitely always be a staple even after these 6 months are complete.
That’s all I have to report, guys!
Still feeling really good, heartburn’s in check (as much as it can be with hiatal hernia), no bloating, and no headaches.
I definitely feel like I have a ton of energy throughout the day, even without coffee.
Overall, I just feel healthy. And that’s something! ♥️🙌
